  • Sharing via public links
  • AI-powered prompt optimization tools
  • Team collaboration features (on applicable plans)

Account Registration

To use Promptsy, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Promptsy to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit malware or harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with other users' use of the service
  • Generate or store illegal, harmful, or offensive content

Your Content

You retain ownership of the prompts and content you create on Promptsy. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content solely to provide the service.

You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

Subscription and Billing

Promptsy offers free and paid subscription plans. For paid plans:

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
  • We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods
  • Prices may change with 30 days' notice

AI Credits

AI-powered features consume credits. Credits are:

  • Included in your subscription plan
  • Available for additional purchase
  • Non-refundable and non-transferable
  • Subject to monthly refresh based on your plan

Intellectual Property

Promptsy and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our name, logo, and branding may not be used without prior written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Promptsy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Promptsy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may export your data before termination.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
